GENERAL INFORMATION

For European members (except France), the registration fees are exempt from VAT. The fees are automatically reduced after the choice of EU Memberships.

To benefit from the VAT reduction, you must provide the VAT number of the payin institution

The deadline for registration is 31 January 2025. Please, note that the registration will be binding after 31 January 2025.

Based on the number of registred participants, it will be decided in the beginning of February 2025 whether the Spring School can be organized. If it is not the case, the registration fees will of course be reimbursed.

Centrale Innovation, the valorisation subsidiary of Ecole Centrale de Lyon, is in charge of the registration process.

The registration fees will depend on whether the participant will attend in person or virtually and, for in person participation,  on whether or not the participant requires accommodation at the Résidence Paul Comparat.

Note that the number of participants attending “in person” is limited to 20.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees for participants attending in person and requiring accommodation

• 550 euros (VAT included) for PhD students
• 730 euros (VAT included) for other participants

These fees include the participation at the Spring School, the accommodation in the Résidence Paul Comparat from April 7 till April 12 (five nights) and the lunches on on April 8, 9, 10 and 11.

Fees for participants attending in person (without accommodation)

• 350 euros (VAT included) for PhD students
• 530 euros (VAT included) for other participants

These fees include the participation at the Spring School and the lunches on April 8, 9, 10 and 11.

Fees for participants attending virtually

• 150 euros (VAT included) for PhD students
• 250 euros (VAT included) for other participants

These fees include the participation at the Spring School in a fully virtual fashion.
